What You'll Be Doing

n

Your role will involve a mix of hands‐on boilermaking, fabrication and mechanical installation, including:

n

n
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
n
- Setting out mechanical items and pipe supports
n
- Using laser levels for accurate set‐out
n
- Mechanical installation and site fabrication
n
- Fabrication and modification of structural/mechanical components
n
- Stick, MIG and TIG welding in position
n
- Oxy cutting and general onsite fabrication
n
- Working with and guiding Trade Assistants
n
- Assisting with the installation of mechanical equipment and systems
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

Essential:

n

n
- Boilermaker trade qualification
n
- Relevant industrial/site experience
n
- Current driver's licence
n
- Ability to read and work from drawings
n
- Strong fabrication and welding skills
n
- Reliable attitude and ability to work as part of a site team
n

n

Highly regarded:

n

n
- EWP ticket
n
- Working at Heights
n
- Telehandler ticket
n
- Mechanical installation experience
n
- Experience working on large industrial projects
n

n
