We're Hiring: Senior Business Analyst – Logistics (12-Month Contract, with Perm Potential)

We're partnering with a leading organisation to find a Senior Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience to support critical logistics projects across ANZ.

n

About the Role:

n

This is a hybrid IT/business-facing role - around 60% IT and 40% Business-which means we're looking for someone who can confidently translate tech talk into business outcomes. You'll play a key role in shaping transport and warehouse transformation initiatives by gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, and mapping current and future state processes.

- Leading BA activities for Transport Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) projects
n
- Working with cross-functional stakeholders across IT, Operations, and external vendors
n
- Creating process flow diagrams, business cases,



and functional documentation
n
- Driving clarity on requirements, dependencies, and business impacts
n

n

What You'll Bring:

n

n
- 5+ years' experience as an IT Business Analyst, ideally within logistics, transport, or supply chain domains
n
- Strong communication and facilitation skills-you're just as comfortable with developers as you are with warehouse managers
n
- Experience working across both technical and operational teams
n
- Proficiency in business process modelling, and translating business needs into system specs
n
- Familiarity with TMS/WMS platforms and their role in modern logistics
n
