CPH Mining & Civil are seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Operators to join our team at BMA's Broadmeadow Mine, supporting a wide-ranging scope of surface mine services, rehabilitation and civil earthworks.

We're looking for capable operators with demonstrated experience across at least 2–3 of the following skillsets:

- Wheeled Loader
n
- Excavator
n
- Grader
n
- Watercart
n
- Moxy / Articulated Haul Truck
n
n
Key Responsibilities
n
Depending on your competencies and site authorisations, duties may include:
n
n
- Excavation, trenching, drainage and sump de-silting
n
- Road maintenance, grading and haul-road repairs
n
- Loader operations, material handling and stockpile management
n
- Watercart operations and dust suppression
n
- Moxy operations and material movement
n
- Rehabilitation, topsoil reclamation and bund construction
n
- Stormwater, catch-drain and culvert maintenance
n
- General civil earthworks and site clean-up
n
- Equipment mobilisation,
demobilisation and operational support
n
- Working in accordance with BMA's SHMS, environmental requirements and CPH procedures
n

Requirements
n
n
- Current QLD Health Assessment (Coal Board Medical)
n
- Australian Driver's Licence
n
- Statement of Attainment for Standard 11
n
- BMA Core Inducted
n
- Demonstrated prior experience (mine site transcript history showing pass-outs)
n
- Relevant RII Statement of Attainments
n
n
