About the role:
n
We are currently seeking an Administrative Officer to join ourteam in Emerald. Our Administration Officer will provide a range ofgeneral administrative and reception duties in support of servicedelivery and Centre Management.
n
What will a typical day look like?
n
n
- Answer phone and in person enquiries and liaise withtenants, participants, government departments, members of thepublic and other stakeholders.
n
- Arrange mail and courier functions
n
- Perform a range of general administrative supportduties
n
- Provide assistance to support meetings
n
- Ensure the monitoring, purchasing and maintenance ofprinting and stationery supplies as required
n
- Facilitate the utilisation of the fleet vehicles, inclusiveof cleaning, service and repairs
n
n
Mandatory Requirements:
n
n
- Certificate III in business/office administration (orrelated discipline) and experience in a similar position;or
n
- A minimum of 2 years relevant experience and willingness toachieve a Certificate III in the recommended time fromenrolment.
n
