Kass & Co Pty Limited The role Working alongside our site team, you will carry out a broad range of carpentry work from structural framing through to fit‐out and finishing.

This is a full-time position offering steady work, a supportive crew and genuine scope to develop your skills over time.

What you will be doing:
n
n
- Setting out, constructing and installing timber, plywood, lightweight steel and plasterboard structures and fixtures
n
- Reading and interpreting plans, drawings and specifications
n
- Measuring, cutting, shaping and fitting materials using hand and power tools
n
- Installing wall and floor framing, roofing structures, doors, windows, staircases and partitions
n
- Undertaking repair, renovation and fit‐out work to a high standard of finish
n
- Working to building codes, safety regulations and quality requirements
n
- Coordinating with supervisors and other trades to keep projects on schedule
n
- Maintaining tools, equipment and work areas in safe working order
n
n
What we are looking for:
n
n
- A completed trade qualification in Carpentry, or an equivalent recognised qualification
n
- Solid practical experience on residential and/or commercial sites
n
- Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials and building standards
n
- The ability to read plans accurately and work to fine tolerances
n
- A strong safety focus and a reliable, team‐oriented attitude
n
- A current White Card (relevant licences an advantage)
n
