A well-established Queensland commercial contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its Townsville team. With a strong pipeline of Design & Construct projects up to $50M, this role offers the opportunity to deliver projects across Education, Government Facilities, Health and Multi-Storey Residential sectors.

Description

- Lead the delivery of D&C; projects across Education, Government Facilities, Health and Multi-Storey Residential sectors ($15M-$50M).
n
- Manage projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring programme, cost, quality and safety targets are achieved.
n
- Coordinate consultants, subcontractors and internal delivery teams to meet key project milestones.
n
- Oversee procurement, contract administration, variations and project reporting.
n
- Identify and manage project risks, delays and cost impacts.
n




- Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
n
- Provide leadership and support to Site Managers, Project Engineers and Contracts Administration staff.

Profile

- Project Management experience with a commercial head contractor.
n
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Experience on projects ideally in the $10M-$50M range.
