Kingaroy is known as the "Peanut Capital of Australia" due to its extensive peanut cultivation, and it offers a blend of rural charm and modern amenities. The town is surrounded by picturesque farmlands and rolling hills, making it a scenic destination with a solid sense of community.

As a Chef / Cook, your daily responsibilities will include:

n

- Assisting our team in maintaining an efficient and proactive kitchen operation across both venues
n
- Ensuring all meals are of high quality and are prepared on time
n
- Utilising a variety of fresh, frozen, and prepared ingredients to prepare, cook,



and present a range of dishes according to a seasonal menu
n
- Practicing effective stock rotation and wastage minimisation procedures
n
- Assisting with menu changes when required
n

To be successful in the role, you will possess the following:

- Previous experience in a fast-paced commercial kitchen
n
- Availability to work any hospitality hours
n
- Ability to work well under a high-pressure environment
