As the organisation continues to evolve, the business has created a recent role for a Senior Corporate Counsel to join the team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior lawyer looking to broaden their practice and work closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation, advising on:

- Strategic commercial transactions and complex contracting;
n
- Customer & operator terms and bespoke commercial agreements;
n
- Regulatory change and business transformation initiatives;
n
- Customer and operator matters, including complaints, contractual breaches and remediation;
n
- Marketing, consumer law and intellectual property;
n
- Development of commercial frameworks and legal documentation; and
n
- Mentoring and supporting junior members of the legal team.

We're looking for an experienced senior commercial lawyer (approximately 8+ years' PAE) with strong contracting experience, sound commercial judgement and the ability to build trusted relationships across the business. Experience gained in private practice, in-house, or a combination of both will be considered.
