We are seeking a motivated Service Advisor to be the vital link between customers and the dealership. In this role, you will manage daily reception duties at the after-sales service front desk, coordinate maintenance activities, and provide direct support to the Service Manager in achieving departmental goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and develop dealership maintenance services
n
- Manage customer maintenance appointments
n
- Receive customers and prepare work orders
n
- Coordinate progress of maintenance work
n
- Prepare vehicles for delivery after maintenance
n
- Handle vehicle delivery and return processes
n
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
n
- Coordinate ordering of special parts
n




- Implement fair and consistent warranty policies
n
- Support pre-delivery inspections and new car handovers
n
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns
n
- Resolve customer issues through proactive follow-up
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Education: Diploma or higher in Automotive or related field
n
- Training: Knowledge of relevant laws/regulations
n

n

Experience

n

n
- 3+ years in automotive repair or related industries
n
- 1+ year in customer service
n
- Familiarity with BYD/Toyota operations is advantageous
n

n

Skills

n

n
- Computer proficiency
n
- Solid communication and analytical skills
n
- Valid driver's license
n
- Attitude: Positive, team-oriented, professional image, resilient under pressure
