Already into your 2nd or 3rd year and ready to keep building your skills?

n

We're looking for a 2nd or 3rd Year Glass & Glazing Apprentice to join a supportive team in Mackay. You'll work alongside experienced tradespeople, gain hands‐on experience across a range of workshop tasks and continue developing the skills needed to successfully complete your apprenticeship.

n

You'll be supported by experienced tradespeople who will guide you through your remaining apprenticeship and help you build confidence and capability in the trade.

What you'll do

n

- Complete a variety of hands‐on tasks around the workshop
n
- Assist with glass cutting, measuring and preparation
n
- Handle and work with glass safely and accurately
n
- Use a range of hand and power tools
n
- Work alongside experienced tradespeople on day‐to‐day jobs
n
- Develop your skills across different areas of glass and glazing
n




- Follow workplace health and safety procedures
n
- Work towards completing your Certificate III in Glass and Glazing
n

About you

n

- Currently in your 2nd or 3rd year of a Glass & Glazing Apprenticeship
n
- Up to date with your TAFE/study requirements and practical skills
n
- Keen to continue learning and developing your trade skills
n
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
n
- Comfortable working in a hands‐on workshop environment
n
- Safety-focused and willing to follow instructions
n
- Driver's licence and reliable transport essential
n
