Medical Information Junior Associate – JET Program (2‐Year Program)

We're looking for early‐career professionals or recent graduates in pharmacy or life sciences to join our JET Program, a structured two‐year program designed to build solid foundations in Medical Information and pharmaceutical consulting across the Japan & Asia Pacific region.

About the Role

n

In this role, you will:

n

n
- Provide accurate, timely medical information to healthcare professionals, patients, and internal stakeholders via several media sources (phone, emails, etc)
n
- Handle and triage medical enquiries, escalating complex cases when required
n
- Conduct literature searches (PubMed/MEDLINE) and support evidence‐based responses
n
- Deliver scientific and technical information via written and verbal channels
n
- Support translation activities (English Japanese)
n




- Identify and report adverse events and product complaints in line with regulations
n
- Participate in quality, compliance, and continuous learning activities
n
- Collaborate across teams and support ad‐hoc projects and client initiatives
n

What You Bring

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences
n
- Robust communication skills and attention to detail
n
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast‐paced consulting environment
n
- Interest in pharmaceutical consulting and medical information
n
- Professional or native proficiency in Japanese is a strong advantage
n
- Gain hands‐on experience with regional and global pharma clients
n
- Develop technical, regulatory, and consulting skills
n
