Berkeley Vale Dental Surgery is seeking a reliable and versatile Dental Nursing Assistant/Reception to join our solo dental practice on a casual basis ( Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Hours are negotiable.)

What you'll be doing
n
Providing administrative and reception support, including scheduling appointments, greeting patients, and managing enquiries
n
Assisting dental practitioners during clinical procedures by preparing treatment areas and ensuring instruments are properly sterilised and maintained
n
Maintaining a clean, organised and hygienic environment throughout the practice
n
Managing patient payments and processing billing information
n
What we're looking for
n
Experience in dental assisting or reception preferred,
though we welcome applications from enthusiastic candidates willing to undertake training
n
Robust communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with patients and team members
n
High level of organisational ability and attention to detail
n
Reliability, punctuality and flexibility to work on a casual basis as required
n
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a calm and patient demeanour
n
Good understanding of dental health and hygiene practices
n
Proficiency with dental software and general computer skills, or willing to learn
