Acrow Engineering and Construction is a leading provider of smart, integrated construction systems across Formwork, Industrial Services and Commercial Scaffolding in Australia. Enhancing our portfolio are Falsework and Shoring, Screen Solutions, SuperDecks, Jacking Systems (also known as Jumpform), complimented by our advanced engineering capabilities.

We are now seeking an Account Manager / Business Development Manager for our SuperDecks division. The role is designed to develop and manage new and existing client projects throughout Queensland. This position plays a crucial role in the interface between Acrow’s internal divisions, our Clients, and Project site personnel.

We are looking for someone who has experience in business development, preferably within construction equipment hire, access equipment, or a closely related industry. What is even more important, is your ability to demonstrate your capability to work with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver on client requirements.

Key to your success will be your pragmatic approach to delivering outcomes whilst managing risk for all stakeholders. You will be a highly effective communicator, a solutions-focused negotiator, and establish yourself as a trusted advisor in this space.

You will need to be comfortable engaging with all key stakeholders both internally and on client-side, to deliver the best outcomes for each project throughout the project lifecycle. You will have responsibilities that span from the first contact with clients, through the sales/tender process, to the close out of each engagement.

The fundamental need to haves:

- Demonstrated skill of using technology - Outlook and Excel
- Demonstrated skills interpreting client requirements




- At least 5 years’ experience within the industry
- Mature mindset and calm under pressure
- Resilient
- Methodical and solutions-focused approach
