We are seeking a passionate and experienced Boutique Manager (Full-Time) to become part of the founding team at our brand-new Pacific Fair Boutique, opening on the Gold Coast in December 2026.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and inspire the boutique team to deliver exceptional service and commercial results.
- Create memorable client experiences that embody our heritage andcraftsmanship.
- Build lasting relationships with VIP, local, and international clientele to drive loyalty.
- Drive boutique performance through effective leadership, clienteling, and sales initiatives.
- Coach and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence andgrowth.
- Deliver exclusive client events and bespoke experiences that strengthen brand engagement.
- Maintain impeccable boutique presentation, operational excellence, and inventory integrity.
- Act as a proud brand ambassador, championing our values and commitment to excellence.

- Proven experience leading a successful retail store, boutique, or customer-focused business.
