Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT) is seeking a Deputy Residential Manager (Registered Nurse) in Corowa to lead clinical care within a 24/7 residential aged care home. You will support the Residential Manager, mentor the care team and ensure high standards of secure, compassionate, person-centred care.

You will drive clinical governance, workforce planning and continuous improvement while working closely with families, residents and healthcare partners to maintain excellence in service delivery.
