Finance Analyst - 12 Month Maternity Leave Cover

We're looking for a Finance Analyst to join our Finance team for a 12-month maternity leave cover.

n

We are an ASX-listed company with a Global presence across the skate, surf, streetwear and workwear industries, owning and distributing a portfolio of Fashion, Workwear, Streetwear and Surf brands globally.

n

This is a key role within our Finance team, supporting financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and compliance, while working closely with stakeholders across the business to help drive informed commercial decisions.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Prepare and analyse daily cash flow, sales and margin reporting
n
- Assist with month-end management reporting and reconciliations
n
- Analyse product costs, margins and purchase price variances
n
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
n
- Maintain sales, stock and provision reporting
n
- Support BAS, FBT and other statutory reporting requirements
n
- Develop and enhance reporting dashboards and analytics
n




- Support Qlik reporting and business intelligence requirements
n
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and commercial insights
n

What we're looking for

n

n
- Strong analytical and inquisitive mindset with a desire to improve processes
n
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
n
- Experience with an ERP system; Apparel21 and Qlik experience is advantageous
n
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
n
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with people across all areas of the business
n
- Experience across broader finance functions such as AP, AR, payroll or treasury is advantageous
n
- CPA/CA qualified or working towards qualification is preferred, but not essential
n
- Positive, energetic and hands-on approach
n
