Job Description

JK Williams Group in NSW is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support site managers and supervisors across NSW and QLD, focusing on employee relations and ER matters.

n

You'll partner with operations, lead investigations, manage RTW and workers' comp, and collaborate with HSEQ, HRIS (ELMO) and Simpel, in a lean three‐person HR team.

A hands‐on, site‐based workplace, with credibility and practical HR advice across the lifecycle, awaits.
