This is an opportunity to join a high-performing finance team in a hands-on Accounts Payable role that plays a critical part in maintaining strong supplier relationships and ensuring accurate, timely financial processing across the business.

About the Role
n
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Officerto join our Finance team. This role is responsible for end-to-end accounts payable processing, ensuring invoices are accurately captured, approved, and paid in line with company policies and deadlines.
n
You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, using Zahara for purchase-to-pay workflows and SAP as the core ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

- Process supplier invoices end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, appropriate approvals, and timely payment
n
- Manage invoice matching against purchase orders and receipts through Zahara
n
- Maintain supplier master data and respond to supplier queries professionally and efficiently
n
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
n
- Process payment runs and assist with month-end accounts payable activities
n
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and audit requirements
n
- Collaborate with procurement, finance, and operations teams to resolve issues and improve processes
n
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across accounts payable workflows
n

About You
n
n
- Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role, ideally within a medium to large organisation
n
- Hands-on experience with Zahara and SAP (or similar ERP systems)
n
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills
n
- Confident communicator, able to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
n
- Sound understanding of accounts payable controls and processes
n
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a rapid-paced environment
n
