About the Role As Care Manager, you will provide leadership across clinical care and day-to-day operations, ensuring residents receive high-quality, person-centred care while supporting and developing the care team.

- Salary: Up to $125,000 base + super

- Start Date: Prior to October

- Experience: Minimum 3 years' aged care management experience preferred

- Location Preference: Candidates already based in the Mackay/Whitsundays region preferred

- Previous experience in an aged care management or senior leadership position
n
- Strong knowledge of residential aged care operations and clinical standards
n
- Excellent leadership and people-management skills
n
- A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
n
- The ability to lead a team with confidence, empathy and accountability
