Job Description
The CRM Data Coordinator is responsible for supporting the accuracy, completeness and consistency of data within our CRM (HubSpot).
n
The role will focus on reviewing, updating, researching and enriching contact, company, delegate and deal records to ensure information is entered correctly and follows internal CRM standards.
n
Working closely with Sales, Operations, Marketing and Production, the CRM Data Coordinator will help maintain a clean, well-organised and reliable database that supports our sales, marketing and event activities.
n
Key responsibilities
n
n
- Review and update contact, company and delegate records within HubSpot
n
- Check new records to ensure information has been entered correctly and required fields are completed
n
- Identify and correct duplicate, incomplete, inaccurate or outdated records
n
- Cross-check delegate and attendee information between HubSpot and external systems such as EventsAir and event platforms
n
- Ensure contacts and companies follow established CRM data-entry standards
n
- Classify and segment companies and contacts according to established categories, including industry, sector, sub-sector, function and seniority
n
- Research company information using reliable online sources to validate and complete CRM records
n
- Update and enrich existing records to improve data completeness
n
- Check that deals are assigned to the appropriate pipelines and stages
n
- Support regular database clean-up and data-enrichment projects
n
- Assist with identifying recurring data-quality issues and report them to the relevant manager
n
- Support the day-to-day coordination of the Philippines Data Team, including allocating tasks, answering questions and checking completed work
n
- Follow established processes and procedures to maintain consistent CRM data quality
n

About you
n
n
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Marketing, Commerce or a related discipline desirable but not essential
n
- Previous experience in data entry, database administration, CRM administration, sales support or a similar role is desirable but not essential. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
n
- Experience using HubSpot or another CRM platform would be an advantage
n
- HubSpot training or certification would be highly regarded but is not essential
n
- Positive Microsoft Excel skills
n
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
n
- Good organisational and time-management skills
n
- Comfortable researching and validating company information
n
- Ability to follow established processes and data standards
n
- Comfortable working with large volumes of data and repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
n
