Job Description

Seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to work closely with Data, AI, Integration & Automation function. The role will provide hands-on delivery leadership across multiple concurrent initiatives, bringing structure, visibility and accountability to work already in progress. The successful candidate will operate as a trusted delivery partner to leadership and coordinate effectively across business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors and resources.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end delivery coordination across multiple Data, AI, Integration and Automation initiatives.
n
- Work directly with stakeholders to establish priorities, delivery plans, milestones, dependencies and resource requirements.
n
- Provide clear governance and reporting across scope, schedule, risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies (RAID).
n
- Coordinate business, architecture, engineering, data, integration and vendor teams to maintain delivery momentum.
n
- Identify delivery risks early, drive resolution and escalating decisions where required.
n
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide concise, outcome-focused status reporting to senior leadership.
n
- Support planning, estimation, sequencing and capacity management across the active portfolio.
n
- Facilitate delivery ceremonies, working sessions and decision forums without creating unnecessary process overhead.
n
- Ensure agreed actions, decisions and dependencies are followed through to closure.
n




- Work closely with onsite and offshore teams, aligning delivery activities with priorities.
n
- 8+ years of technology delivery, program or project leadership experience, including senior delivery responsibility.
n
- Demonstrated experience delivering Data, Analytics, AI, Integration, Cloud or digital transformation initiatives.
n
- Strong ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
n
- Excellent senior stakeholder, vendor and cross-functional team management skills.
n
- Strong understanding of delivery governance, planning, RAID management, financial awareness and resource coordination.
n
- Ability to understand technical discussions and translate them into clear business actions and delivery decisions.
n
- Proven ability to work autonomously, create structure in ambiguous environments and drive outcomes.
n
- Robust written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting.
n
- Availability to work closely with stakeholders in Melbourne with strong alignment to onsite business hours.
n
- Experience within data platform modernisation, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI or enterprise integration programs.
n
- Experience in construction, property, retail or other operationally complex industries.
n
- Agile, Scrum, SAFe, PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent delivery certification.
n

Experience managing blended onsite/offshore delivery teams.
