Ultimate Security is seeking professional, customer-focused Retail Security Officers to join our growing team across Melbourne, Victoria. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service while maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming retail environment for customers, staff, and visitors.

As a Retail Security Officer, you will play a key role in loss prevention, incident response, and maintaining overall site security. You will be responsible for maintaining a visible security presence, conducting patrols, monitoring suspicious activity, and supporting retailers in creating a safe shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct foot patrols and manage access control
n
- Report hazards, incidents, and suspicious activity promptly
n
- Engage with the public professionally and courteously
n
- Support team members during events and peak periods
n
- Liaise with store management, staff, customers, and emergency services when required
n

Requirements

n

n
- Valid Victorian Security Licence
n
- Valid First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011 minimum)
n
- Qualified presentation and a positive attitude
n
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
n
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
n
