About the Role

n

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will join a cross-functional squad alongside engineers, a product owner and a designer, owning features end to end across .NET and React on AWS.

n

Duties / Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Design, build and ship features across the full stack
n
- Contribute to architecture and technical design decisions
n
- Review code and lift engineering standards across the team
n
- Work directly with product and design on scope and sequencing
n
- Improve the reliability, performance and running cost of what is already live
n

n

Skills and Experience

n

n
- Experience building and maintaining production software commercially
n
- Strong full stack capability with depth in C#,



.NET and React
n
- Hands-on AWS experience
n
- Sound grasp of system design, data modelling, automated testing and security fundamentals
n
- Financial services or other regulated environment exposure viewed favourably
n
- Experience working in an agile delivery model
n
- Practical use of AI-assisted development tools
n
- Comfortable landing in an existing codebase and contributing early
n
- Able to working in ambiguity
n
