- • Lead or support technology advisory engagements assessing applications, data, platforms, and operating models
n
- • Develop pragmatic technology transformation roadmaps
n
- • Translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives considering organisational readiness, constraints, and risk
n
- • Contribute to business cases, investment proposals, and phased delivery plans
n
- • Support executive and senior leadership conversations with insights, options, and recommendations
n
- • Connect client needs to Avanade's solution portfolio with delivery and solution teams
n
- • Collaborate with Microsoft account teams and internal stakeholders to identify and shape opportunities
n
- • Manage and mentor consultants and senior consultants
n
- • Contribute to internal capability building, asset development, and knowledge sharing
n

Requirements

n

n
- 7+ years of information technology experience in enterprise applications, modernisation and/or integration
n
- 3+ years of hands‐on experience with cloud technologies and implementation
n
- Experience with at least two of Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google, public cloud, private cloud, hybrid cloud, IaaS, PaaS, or SaaS
n
- Extensive knowledge of professional services and complex client issues supporting cloud strategies
n
- Experience planning and implementing cloud architectures for critical business systems
n
- Extensive knowledge of the end‐to‐end value chain of IT applications and infrastructure
n
- Deep understanding of emerging technology trends and commercial offerings
n
- Aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis and synthesising complex data into insights
n
- Typically 6–10 years' experience in technology advisory, digital transformation, architecture, or related consulting roles
n
- Experience with technology‐led transformation initiatives including AI adoption, data platforms, operating models,



applications modernisation, and cloud transformation
n
- Ability to engage senior client stakeholders and communicate with technical and non‐technical audiences
n
- Experience contributing to roadmaps, business cases, or transformation plans leading into delivery
n
- Strong analytical, problem‐solving, and storytelling skills
n
- Experience working with delivery teams to ensure recommendations are practical and implementable
n
- Emerging people leadership experience, including mentoring or managing junior team members
n
