Ballina Coast Dental is an established dental practice in Ballina, Northern Rivers NSW, with a loyal, quality-focused patient base. We are looking for a full-time Dentist to join our friendly and supportive team.

The Position

n

As a Dentist at Ballina Coast Dental, you will provide a broad range of general dental procedures and comprehensive patient care, supported by an experienced and well-trained team.

n

This is a full-time position with no weekend work, with scope for ongoing professional growth and development.

n

Skills & Experience Required

n

n
- Holds current AHPRA registration as a Dentist.
n
- Is an experienced dentist or a new graduate looking to begin their career in a supportive practice.
n
- Has clear and effective communication skills.
n
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and a strong growth mindset.
n
- Is committed to providing high-quality patient care and achieving positive patient outcomes.
n
- Works well as part of a team.
n




- Values continuous professional improvement and lifelong learning.
n
- Is confident providing a broad range of general dental procedures, or is motivated to develop these skills with appropriate support.
n
- Current graduates are welcome to apply.
