We are expanding our business and looking for an enthusiastic Retail Store Sales Representative to join our team in Waterford West.

In this role, you will work with a store supervisor and will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers mostly on the phone, via email and in person.
n
This position is available for immediate start.

Responsibilities:

- Manage customer enquiries on the phone, via email and in person
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals
n
- Serve customers and help them choose mobility equipment
n
- Monitor and analyse sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
n
- Generate quotes and invoices
n
- Pack and dispatch orders to customers
n
- Manage stock levels
n
- Keep the store clean, organised, and professional
n
n
Requirements:
n
n
- Physically fit to lift items weighing upto17 kilograms
n
- Experience in retail
n
- Passion for working in the Retail industry and to help people with mobility issues
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Basic computer literacy
n
- Provide police clearance
n
n
