What we're looking for

n

n
- Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
n
- Minimum 2 years' hospital pharmacy experience preferred
n




- Experience in:
n
- Clinical ward rounds
n
- Dispensing
n
- Patient counselling
n
- Clinical documentation
n
- Experience using iPharmacy, Merlin, EMR or similar hospital systems highly regarded
n
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
n
- Full working rights in Australia
n
