Maven Dental Busselton is looking for a Practice Manager to join our established six-surgery practice and take the lead on the day-to-day running of the clinic.

n

With more than 10 years in the Busselton community, this is a well-established practice with a strong local patient base and a team of clinicians and support staff. We're looking for a confident leader who enjoys working with people, running a busy practice, and finding ways to make things better.

n

You'll be hands-on in the practice, supporting your team, working alongside clinicians, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure patients feel well looked after from the moment they arrive.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

n

- Lead, support and develop the practice team
n
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the practice
n
- Work closely with clinicians to support efficient workflows and patient care
n
- Manage rostering, administration and compliance
n
- Monitor practice performance, KPIs and budgets
n
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and the patient experience
n
- Support team engagement and build a positive, accountable working workplace
n

Qualifications

n

We're looking for someone who brings:

n

n
- Previous leadership or management experience, ideally in healthcare, dental, hospitality, retail or another customer-focused environment
n
- Strong people skills and the confidence to lead an experienced team
n
- A practical,



organised approach and the ability to manage competing priorities
n
- Good communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clinicians and team members
n
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
n
- Confidence working with performance targets, budgets and operational processes
n

n

Dental experience is highly regarded, but we're also open to strong leaders from other industries who have the right skills and approach.
