Wade's Geelong Motorcycles is one of Victoria's fastest-growing motorcycle dealerships, currently representing Yamaha, Honda and KTM.

We are expanding our retail presence in Geelong to support new premium motorcycle brands joining our dealership.

n

We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to become the face of this expansion and play a key role in shaping the next chapter of our business.

n

About The Role

n

Reporting directly to the Dealer Principal, you will take ownership of day-to-day showroom operations and be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences from first enquiry through to delivery.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Selling new and used motorcycles
n
- Managing customer enquiries and lead follow-up via dealership software and CRM
n
- Conducting test rides and demonstrations
n
- Appraising trade-ins
n
- Arranging finance and insurance quotes
n
- Maximising accessory and apparel attachment opportunities
n
- Building long-term customer relationships
n
- Assisting with dealership events and customer ride days
n

About You

n

We are looking for a motivated qualified who can work independently and deliver results without constant supervision.

n

You will ideally possess:

n

n
- Previous motorcycle, automotive or powersports sales experience
n
- Solid customer service and relationship-building skills
n




- High levels of organisation and self-motivation
n
- Strong computer and CRM skills
n
- A genuine interest in motorcycles and riding culture
n
- Experience with premium motorcycle brands, automotive sales, marine sales, caravans or other high-value discretionary purchases will be highly regarded.
n
- Motorcycle licence preferred but not essential. Training support available for the right candidate.
