We are seeking an experienced, commercially focused and people-centered NSW State Manager to lead our largest operational region and play a key role in our national growth strategy.

Reporting directly to the Group CEO, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across New South Wales, ensuring exceptional service delivery, financial sustainability, regulatory compliance and outstanding client outcomes.

About the Role
n
As NSW State Manager you will be responsible for:
n
n
- Leading all disability operations across New South Wales.
n
- Driving sustainable business growth through client acquisition, service expansion and market development.
n
- Managing financial performance, budgets and profitability across the state.
n
- Leading, coaching and developing multidisciplinary leadership teams.
n
- Ensuring compliance with the NDIS Practice Standards, Quality Indicators and relevant legislation.
n
- Maintaining exceptional participant experiences and safeguarding quality outcomes.
n
- Monitoring operational performance through KPI reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
n
- Building strong relationships with participants, families, hospitals, support coordinators, government agencies and community stakeholders.
n
- Leading workforce planning, recruitment and retention strategies.
n
- Managing organisational risk, incidents, complaints and quality improvement activities.
n
- Supporting strategic projects and contributing to the national leadership team.
n
n
About You
n
You are an experienced leader who combines commercial acumen with genuine compassion and understands that quality care and strong business performance go hand in hand.
n
You will bring:
n
n
- Extensive senior leadership experience within the NDIS disability sector.
n
- Strong operational and financial management capability.
n
- Demonstrated experience managing large multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations.
n
- A proven track record of business growth and service development.
n
- Excellent knowledge of NDIS legislation, Practice Standards and compliance requirements.
n
- Exceptional communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
n
- Experience leading organisational change and continuous improvement.
n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
n
- A collaborative leadership style that inspires accountability and high performance.
n
n
Essential Requirements
n
n
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or ability to obtain).
n
- Current Working with Children Check (where applicable).
n
- Current Australian Driver Licence.
n
- National Police Check.
n
- Full Australian working rights.
n
n
