Up-State Coffee is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Barista & Café All-Rounder to join our growing team.

n

Located within a busy healthcare environment, we are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced café, delivers exceptional customer service, and takes pride in producing consistently great coffee.

About the Role

n

n
- Preparing high-quality espresso coffee and beverages
n
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service
n
- Food preparation and presentation
n
- Point of Sale (POS) operation and cash handling
n
- Supporting the team across all areas of café operations
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Minimum 2 year experience as a Barista in a busy café setting
n
- Ability to produce high volumes of quality coffee consistently
n
- Solid communication and teamwork abilities
n
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
n




- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
n
- Must be available to commence shifts from 6:30am
n
- Availability to work weekdays and occasional weekends if required
n
- Current food handling knowledge
n
- Full Australian working rights
