What You'll Be Doing

n

You'll help keep the site safe, functional and running smoothly through:

n

n
- General repairs & preventative maintenance across fixtures, fittings, building services and equipment
n
- Waste management and internal/external clean‐ups
n
- Contractor engagement & supervision, ensuring compliance with SWMS, permits and site safety
n
- 2IC duties including toolbox talks, safety walks, stock takes, equipment audits and supporting the cleaning team
n




- Responding to client requests, logging work orders and maintaining accurate documentation
n
- Identifying faults, reporting issues and suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency and safety
n

What You Bring

n

n
- Experience in maintenance, grounds maintenance or handyman work
n
- Ability to work unsupervised, prioritise tasks and meet short deadlines
n
- Strong commitment to safe work practices, hazard identification, JSA/SWMS
n
- Good communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
n
- Confidence in identifying maintenance needs and sourcing materials
n
- Current Class C Driver's Licence
n
- Bonus skills: Trade qualification, forklift licence, WHS certification, manual handling
n
