You will own the end-to-end process of bringing new products to market and managing our existing range. You will work directly with our manufacturing partners, coordinate certification and compliance across multiple jurisdictions, and partner with our brand, marketing and operations teams to make sure every product we launch is competitive on quality, cost and customer satisfaction. The role is cross-functional by design, reporting to both the Head of Marketing and the Head of Operations, giving you unusually broad visibility over how a product brand actually works.

Key responsibilities

Lead and manage product development projects from concept through to launch and post-launch review

Track budgets, timelines and deliverables, keeping projects on schedule and within scope

Maintain and update product specifications and documentation for internal and external stakeholders

Coordinate certification, compliance and product testing requirements with relevant authorities, notified bodies and test laboratories

Own the regulatory pathway for our products in each market we sell into

Ensure product specifications, claims and packaging comply with all applicable laws, regulations, standards and industry codes in each market

Maintain technical files, product documentation and evidence for claims

Work with manufacturing partners to gather technical information, product samples and production timelines

Conduct financial and pricing analysis to model sell prices, evaluate cost structures and ensure products meet margin targets

Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and market pricing to keep our range innovative and competitive

About you

5+ years in product development, technical product management or a closely related role

Experience in FMCG, medical devices, personal care or consumer health products

Strong understanding of the product development process end to end: sourcing, manufacturing, testing, certification and compliance

Demonstrated experience navigating regulatory or certification requirements for a regulated product category

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to run multiple projects at different stages simultaneously

Commercial acumen: comfortable in a spreadsheet modelling costs, margins and price architecture

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including with overseas manufacturing partners

Detail-oriented, organised and proactive, and comfortable operating with autonomy in a lean team

Full working rights in Australia
