You'll work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality geotechnical support at our St Ives Gold Mine, driving safe, effective, and cost-effective underground mining.

n

Your expertise will help the operation meet production targets while ensuring compliance with all statutory, site, and environmental standards.

What You'll Do

n

n
- Execute daily geotechnical duties: review plans and designs, inspect and collect data, monitor conditions, and perform analyses
n
- Provide recommendations, manage QA/QC, and support paste fill design
n
- Contribute to short-, medium-, and long-term projects, ensuring geotechnical risks are identified, assessed,



and effectively controlled
n
- Collect and analysis geotechnical parameters to ensure future mining recommendations are forthcoming when required.
n
- Role-model our core values and foster a culture where all team members feel recognised, supported, and valued

What You'll Bring

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geological Engineering or Geology with post-graduate qualifications in Geomechanics
n
- Demonstrated experience in underground geotechnical engineering
n
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and mining software such as Deswik, Datamine, Rocscience, Map3D
n
- A growth mindset, with strong communication, responsibility, and relationship-building skills
n
