We currently have an amazing opportunity for passionate individuals looking to join the team at the Sydney Tower Eye as a Guest experience Host on acasualbasis.

About the role

The Sydney Tower Eye is on the hunt fora few selectenthusiastic team members who are dedicated to the delivery of world classguestservice.

Your role will be focused onproviding exemplary service by:

- Welcoming guests to the attraction andassistingwith sales at the admissions entrypoint
- Selling products at our gift shop and F&B; store
- Preparingcoffee and tea
- Independently running SKYWALK tours from Sydney’s Ultimate Viewpoint
- Using a DSLR camera to takememorablephotos of our guests on SKYWALK
- Operating Virtual Reality simulator experience
- Independently runningengaging tours on our Observation Deck

The successful candidate willundergo a comprehensive training program and on-going mentoring to provide them with all theskills,information & resources theyrequireto deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Key expectationsinclude:

- Genuineguest interaction in all areas of the attraction, creating connections with people from all over the world
- To be adaptable and remain calm under pressure
- Comfortable working at heights
- To work in all types of weatherTo work in all departments across the attraction
- To have at least 3 days availability and be able to work as early as 9am and as late as9:30pm
- To clearly and effectively communicate and minimise all risk of misunderstandings where possible
- Adhere to our core values through language,behaviourand actions
- Follow all health,safetyand security practices
- To be able to problem solve in various dynamic situations
