About the role
n
You will provide skilled care practice such as; assessments, exceptional reporting and care plan evaluations. You will plan, organise and implement nursing care in accordance with individual resident care plans and deliver and promote high standards of professional care.

Skills and experience
n
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (Grade 2) to join our team in a full-time maternity leave position. This is a 12-month contract, with shifts scheduled Monday to Friday, from 7:00am to 3:00pm.

The successful applicant will have:
n
n
- An understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
n
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team
n
- Permanent work rights in Australia
n
- Current AHPRA registration
n
- Current national police certificate
n
- A minimum of 12 months aged care nursing experience
n

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm (12-month maternity leave contract).
