About The Role

n

You'll be part of our Newman-based maintenance crew delivering a variety of plumbing maintenance, repairs and installation work across residential and commercial properties.

n

Your day-to-day may include:

n

n
- Residential and commercial plumbing maintenance
n
- Diagnosing, repairing and managing leaks, blocked drains, etc
n
- Preventative maintenance and fault finding
n
- Pump, valve and irrigation system repairs
n
- Identifying practical long-term solutions for clients
n
- Completing job notes, photos and close-outs through ServiceM8
n




- Working autonomously across scheduled maintenance jobs
n

n

This is ongoing maintenance work with genuine variety, not repetitive project or shutdown work.

Roster, Location & Accommodation

n

Roster: FIFO 2 Weeks On / 1 Week Off

n

Hours: 70-hour work week - 6:30 am – 5:00 pm

n

Location: Newman & Surrounding Areas

n

Employment: Full-Time Permanent

What We're Looking For

n

We're looking for a capable, reliable plumber who can work independently, communicate professionally and take ownership of their work.

n

Essential

n

n
- Certificate III in Plumbing
n
- Current WA Plumbing Licence (Water, Sanitary & Drainage)
n
- WA Gas Fitting Permit / Registration
n
- White Card
n
- Forklift Ticket
n
- Current Manual C-Class Driver's Licence
n
- Strong maintenance plumbing experience
n
- Ability to diagnose faults and solve problems independently
n
- Solid understanding of WHS requirements
n
- Comfortable using digital job management systems (training provided)
n

Highly Regarded

n

n
- First Aid Certificate
n
- Experience with pumps, irrigation or reticulation systems
n
- Experience using ServiceM8 or similar software
n
- Previous FIFO or remote maintenance experience
n
