We're working with a well-regarded, Gold Coast commercial law firm looking to appoint a Senior Associate to join its corporate team.

n

This is a genuine prospect to work closely with an experienced corporate Partner on sophisticated matters including:

n

- M&A; transactions
n
- Business acquisitions and sales
n
- Corporate agreements eg. shareholder, unitholder agreements
n
- Corporate advisory work
n

n

The work regularly sees the firm acting opposite national firms on quality transactions, while offering the autonomy and client exposure that can be difficult to find in larger practices.

About you

n

You'll ideally have around 5-8+ years' PAE in corporate and commercial law, enjoy working closely with clients and be looking for a role where you can continue developing as a trusted adviser.
