As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales / Customer Service Representative to join our friendly team based in Campbellfield.

About the Role

n

As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you'll play an important role in supporting our sales team and ensuring a smooth customer experience from enquiry through to job completion.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Responding to inbound sales enquiries via phone and email
n
- Proactively identifying and following up new sales opportunities
n
- Preparing quotations and converting enquiries into sales
n
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
n
- Scheduling skip bin deliveries, collections and customer bookings
n
- Coordinating customer requirements with our operations team
n
- Building long-term relationships through exceptional customer service
n
- Maintaining accurate customer records within our CRM system
n
- General administration and sales support duties
n
- Assisting customers with product and service information across our business divisions
n

n

About You

n

We're looking for someone who is positive,



organised and enjoys working with people.

Ideally, you'll have:

n

- Experience in internal sales, customer service or sales administration
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
n
- High attention to detail
n
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
n
- A proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills
n
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
n
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
n

Highly regarded (but not essential):

n
- Experience within waste management, demolition, construction, transport or recycling industries.
n
