At CSR, we're embarking on a strategic inventory transformation initiative designed to optimise inventory performance, strengthen supply chain capabilities, and drive operational excellence across the business.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead this critical transformation project from discovery and diagnostic phases through to future-state design and implementation. This is a unique chance to influence enterprise-wide change and deliver lasting business outcomes across procurement, planning, manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, finance, and commercial teams.

Importantly, this is not an IT Project Manager role. We are looking for a business transformation leader with a strong background in supply chain transformation, inventory optimisation, process redesign, and stakeholder engagement.

About The Opportunity
n
As the Senior Project Manager, you will partner with key business leaders and subject matter experts to assess current inventory practices, identify optimisation opportunities, and design future-state processes that improve inventory performance across the organisation.
n
Working closely with an analyst, you will leverage data-driven insights to challenge existing ways of working and develop sustainable inventory management frameworks that support business growth and efficiency.

Key Focus Areas Will Include

- Inventory optimisation strategies

- Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) and Minimum Production Quantities (MPQ)

- Demand planning and forecasting processes

- Product lifecycle inventory management

- Inventory governance and decision-making frameworks

- Cross-functional process design and capability uplift

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a strategic inventory transformation program.
n
- Conduct discovery activities to understand current-state processes, systems, data, and pain points.
n
- Design and implement future-state inventory management processes and operating models.
n
- Partner with procurement, planning, supply chain, manufacturing, warehousing, finance, and commercial stakeholders to drive alignment and decision-making.
n
- Use data and insights to identify optimisation opportunities and support business case development.
n
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to define requirements, future-state processes, and implementation plans.
n
- Develop change management and engagement strategies to support adoption of new ways of working.
n
- Establish project governance, manage risks, and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
n
- Build strong relationships across the business to influence outcomes and drive sustainable change.
n

About You
n
You are a commercially minded transformation professional who combines strong project leadership skills with deep supply chain and inventory management expertise.
n
You bring a proven track record of delivering complex business transformation initiatives and are comfortable operating in environments with diverse stakeholder groups and competing priorities.

You'll Bring
n
n
- Significant experience leading supply chain, inventory, or operational transformation programs.
n
- Strong knowledge of inventory optimisation principles and inventory management best practices.
n
- Experience working across procurement, planning, manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, supply chain and finance functions.
n
- Demonstrated capability in data analysis, data interpretation, and process design.
n
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading change across complex organisational environments.
n
- Strong facilitation, workshop leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
n
- Proven ability to move between strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.
n
n
Highly Regarded
n
n
- Experience designing inventory processes to support recent product introductions.
n
- Exposure to regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, healthcare, medical devices, or similarly complex manufacturing environments.
n
- Experience establishing inventory governance frameworks, planning processes, and operating models.
n
