Job Description

- Lead the optimisation of the NetSuite environment, ensuring the platform delivers greater efficiency, automation, and business value across the finance function.
n
- Review and improve core finance processes across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Financial Accounting, reducing manual effort and system workarounds.
n
- Assess NetSuite's functionality across multiple entities and identify opportunities for alignment, standardisation, and process improvement across both entities.
n
- Partner with finance and operational stakeholders to redesign workflows and embed more effective, system-driven ways of working.
n
- Act as the internal NetSuite subject matter expert, driving ongoing enhancements, best practice utilisation, and user adoption.
n
- Identify, evaluate, and implement workflow automation, AI tools, and emerging technologies to improve productivity and reduce repetitive tasks.
n
- Enhance reporting capabilities, dashboards, and data visibility to support more informed decision-making across the business.
n
- Own and drive the finance systems optimisation roadmap, proactively delivering continuous improvement initiatives and measurable efficiency gains.

The Successful Applicant

n

n
- Proven experience working with NetSuite in a finance systems,



ERP optimisation, or finance transformation role, with a strong understanding of core finance processes.
n
- CA or CPA qualified, with the ability to combine commercial accounting knowledge with systems and process improvement expertise.
n
- Demonstrated success identifying inefficiencies, streamlining workflows, and delivering automation initiatives that create measurable business value.
n
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively across finance and operational teams.
n
- Proactive and hands‐on, with the confidence to challenge existing processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives from concept through to delivery.
n
- A naturally curious mindset with an interest in leveraging emerging technologies, automation, and AI to improve efficiency, scalability, and business performance.
n
- Immediate or short notice availability is a bonus
