Job Description

Hiring an associate to join a specialist commercial disputes and commercial law firm with a robust, collaborative culture. They have an established reputation and client base, including publicly listed companies, finance companies, insurance companies, corporate and business clients and insolvency practitioners.

Working alongside respected partners and senior practitioners, you will manage a diverse range of complex commercial disputes for a sophisticated client base.

n

This role offers exposure to high-quality matters across areas including contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, insolvency-related litigation, regulatory investigations and general commercial litigation.

n

You will have the opportunity to take ownership of your matters while collaborating closely with a supportive and high-performing team.

What we are looking for?

n

n
- 2-5 years' PAE in commercial litigation
n




- Strong technical legal skills and a sound understanding of dispute resolution processes
n
- Experience managing files with a degree of autonomy
n
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and advocacy support skills
n
- The ability to build strong client relationships and provide practical commercial advice
n
- A collaborative approach and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional client service
n
- Strong communication and time management skills
