The Role

n

Working across Wollongong, you'll support NDIS participants aged 6-65 years across a varied community caseload, including:

n

- Neurological conditions
n
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
n
- Psychosocial disability
n

n

This is a community-based role, delivering functional, participant-led therapy across homes, day centres, parks and clinic spaces. You'll:

- Complete meaningful assessments and design practical therapy plans
n
- Build long-term relationships and see real progress
n
- Work closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team
n

n

- 1:1 discipline-specific supervision

- 6 months of structured induction, training and upskilling

Qualifications

n

n
- Occupational Therapy qualification (graduating in 2026 or January 2027)
n
- Passion for supporting people with disability
n
- Driver's licence and own vehicle
n
- NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
