Seeking a Finance Manager – Trust & General Accounts!

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily trust and general account transactions in line with legislative requirements.

Process receipting, payments, disbursements and reconciliations accurately and on time.

Prepare monthly trust account audits and reporting for management and external auditors.

Monitoring invoice payments, and ensuring landlord and creditor funds are disbursed correctly.

Manage payroll, superannuation, and staff reimbursements within required timeframes.

Generate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support decision making.

Ensure compliance with all trust accounting regulations and maintain accurate financial records.

Provide support and guidance to the team on financial processes and account queries.

Requirements:

Previous experience in trust and general accounts management is essential
