We are seeking an experienced Produce Salesperson to join an established fresh produce business operating from the South Australian Produce Market.

n

Our client specialises in the sourcing, trading and distribution of fresh produce, working closely with growers, retailers and wholesale customers across the market.

n

The Role

n

You will be responsible for growing sales and profitability across key customers, while building strong relationships with both customers and growers.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

n
- Managing customer relationships and growing sales, volume and margin
n




- Negotiating pricing and monitoring market conditions
n
- Working closely with growers on supply, quality and forecasting
n
- Managing stock and supporting accurate sales reporting
n
- Identifying opportunities to grow categories and profitability
n

n

We are looking for someone with:

n

n
- Experience in produce sales
n
- Strong knowledge of the fresh produce industry and market
n
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
n
- Strong commercial and analytical ability
n
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
n
- Current forklift licence
n

n
