Your Current Role:

In your role as the HR Administrator, you will report to a warm natured and supportive HR Manager, with a primary focus on coordination, record maintenance and associate services. Your duties will include:

Your Main Duties:

- Assist in reviewing and drafting discussion records.
n
- Handle investigation scripts and outcome letters.
n
- Respond to employee grievances.
n
- Supporting managers in conducting conversations including time and attendance, behaviour and conduct.
n
- Adhoc HR admin duties with a high level of confidentiality and integrity.
n
