Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily site operations, subcontractors and site teams.
n
- Drive the construction programme and coordinate all site activities.
n
- Monitor project progress, quality and HSEQ compliance.
n
n
Requirements
n
n
- 5+ years' experience as a Site Manager delivering high-rise apartment or multi-residential projects.
n
- Proven ability to lead site teams and effectively manage subcontractors.
n
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, HSEQ and site compliance.
n
- QBCC Site Supervisor Licence is essential.
n
