About the Role

n

You will work within a professional skin, laser and aesthetic environment, providing high-quality clinical care and supporting clients throughout their treatment journey.

n

Responsibilities may include:

n

n
- Conducting professional client consultations and clinical assessments.
n
- Developing personalised treatment plans based on each client's needs and goals.
n
- Confidently recommending appropriate treatments, treatment programs and products.
n
- Educating clients on available treatment options and helping them make informed decisions about their treatment journey.
n
- Building trust and long-term relationships with clients to encourage ongoing treatment and retention.
n
- Following up consultations and treatment recommendations where appropriate.
n
- Providing advanced skin and aesthetic treatments within your professional scope of practice.
n
- Supporting laser, skin and other clinical aesthetic services.
n




- Providing pre- and post-treatment care and client education.
n
- Monitoring clients and responding appropriately to clinical concerns.
n
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and treatment records.
n
- Working towards individual and clinic consultation, treatment-plan and client-retention targets.
n
- Following infection control, clinical governance and patient safety requirements.
n
- Working collaboratively with the wider clinical and management team.
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

n

n
- Current Australian registration as a Registered Nurse through AHPRA, or eligibility to obtain the required Australian registration prior to commencing clinical practice.
n
- Relevant Registered Nursing experience.
n
- A genuine interest in skin health, laser and the aesthetic industry.
n
- Strong consultation and communication skills.
n
- The confidence to recommend treatment plans and guide clients towards appropriate services and products.
n
- A natural ability to build rapport and develop long-term client relationships.
n
- A results-focused mindset and motivation to achieve treatment and client-retention targets.
n
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
n
- A professional, warm and client-focused approach.
n
- A desire to build a long-term career within the skin and aesthetic industry.
n

Previous experience within skin, laser, dermatology, cosmetic medicine,



aesthetics or a client-focused clinical environment is highly regarded; however, training and professional development may be available for suitable Registered Nurses.

Visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates and may be considered for the right Registered Nurse.
