What you'll do:

As the friendly voice of Handy Finance, you'll play a key role in helping customers every day by:

n

- Providing outstanding support via phone, email, and SMS
n
- Managing inbound and outbound customer enquiries with professionalism and empathy
n
- Preparing and maintaining accurate data for loan settlements
n
- Assisting customers with day-to-day account and administrative enquiries
n
- Understanding customer needs and delivering positive outcomes quickly
n
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
n

What you'll bring:

You'll be a great fit if you have:

- At least 1 year of customer service experience
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
- A positive, friendly, and customer-first attitude
n
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities

- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
n
- The ability to thrive in a rapid-paced, team-focused environment
n
- Full Australian working rights
