We are seeking an experienced Level 3 Systems Engineer to support a critical operational technology workplace. This role will provide advanced technical support, infrastructure administration and troubleshooting across enterprise systems, with a strong focus on Windows, Cisco, Dell, VMware and enterprise storage technologies.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Provide Level 3 operational support and act as an escalation point for complex infrastructure issues.
n
- Administer, troubleshoot and maintain Windows Server environments.
n
- Support Cisco networking infrastructure and resolve network-related incidents.
n
- Manage and support Dell server and hardware infrastructure.
n
- Administer and troubleshoot VMware virtualisation environments.
n
- Support enterprise storage platforms, including monitoring, performance and capacity management.
n
- Perform infrastructure changes, upgrades, patching and maintenance.
n




- Conduct root-cause analysis and contribute to problem resolution.
n
- Maintain technical documentation, configurations and operational procedures.
n
- Work with internal teams, vendors and managed service providers to resolve complex issues.
n
- Participate in after-hours support and incident response when required.
n

Key Skills & Experience

n

n
- Proven Level 3 Systems Engineering / Infrastructure Support experience.
n
- Experience with Cisco networking environments.
n
- Hands-on experience with Dell enterprise hardware.
n
- Strong VMware administration and troubleshooting experience.
n
- Experience supporting enterprise storage environments.
n
- Strong incident, problem and change management capabilities.
n
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
n
- Experience working within complex or critical operational environments is highly desirable.
